KTM has teamed up with one of the longest standing off-road apparel companies around - Thor - to produce race team inspired gear in the upper-end Core line and mid-level Phase line. Some time ago KTM Hard parts’ rep Jared Chonko kindly sent me a set of the KTM Thor Phase gear which I put through the test wringer – with these results:
First let me begin by saying that the gear looked awesome; the really cool thing is that this is the same gear worn by many of KTM’s Off-Road racers! What I especially appreciated about the KTM Thor Phase was its overall lightweight and comfort level. Truly, this gear felt comparable to the higher-end gear of other apparel manufacturers.Of course, this should not be too surprising when you have two of the strongest off-road motorcycle companies around teaming up. Available in non-vented and vented versions, this is truly a “must have” for any KTM rider.
Moderately priced at $49.95 for the jersey, $99.99 for the pants, and $24.99 for the gloves the KTM Thor Phase gear also makes a great buy.
