That’s because Dunlop swept every podium position of every single race in each of the three classes of the 2006 AMA Supermoto series.
If you’re counting, there were 120 podium positions available throughout the 10-race 2006 series, and Dunlop took all 120 of them. Not only did Dunlop-shod riders capture every podium position at this year’s series, the top three series finishers in the Supermoto, Supermoto Lites and Supermoto Unlimited classes all rode on Dunlops.
Now’s the time to gear up for the 2007 AMA Supermoto Championship season. Nine venues have just been announced by the AMA including - new for 2007 - Columbus, Ohio, Syracuse, N.Y., and Seattle, Wash.
